This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We operate a private reference site. We cannot retrieve a docket, change or reset a date, remove or seal a case, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Direct those requests to the court or clerk that maintains the matter.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
For common Nodaway County questions, start with the channel that holds the official information:
- A docket sheet or case status: use Case Lookup to begin with Missouri Case.net, then ask the Circuit Clerk about an official copy if one is needed
- A hearing date or setting: consult Court Dates, read the summons, citation, or notice, and verify the specific setting with the clerk
- A certified copy: request it from the Circuit Clerk’s Office or the court that keeps the record
- A particular case: use a party name or case number through Case Lookup, recognizing that confidential matters may not appear publicly
- Documents and case files: review Court Record Search guidance and ask the clerk about public-terminal access, copies, or certification
